Landlift provides analytics tools for landing pages. Users install a JavaScript file from our CDN, mark page sections, and collect statistics on user interactions by page and section.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must ensure you have the necessary rights or permissions to install our analytics script on your website.
  • You are solely responsible for complying with privacy laws applicable to your use of Landlift.
  • You agree not to use Landlift for illegal or unethical activities.

3. Account Registration

  • To access certain features, you must create an account providing accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and activities under your account.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

  • Landlift collects data on interactions with your website's marked sections. This data includes user behavior metrics and technical information necessary for analytics purposes.
  • You must clearly inform your website visitors about your use of Landlift and data collection practices, complying with relevant privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in Landlift, including software, scripts, and content provided, remain the property of Landlift.io.
  • You may not redistribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service without explicit permission.

6. Service Availability

  • We strive for high uptime, but Landlift does not guarantee uninterrupted service or data availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service temporarily or permanently, with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Landlift.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our maximum liability for any claims related to Landlift shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the last six (6) months.

8. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your access to Landlift immediately, without prior notice, for conduct violating these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. Amendments

  • Landlift.io may revise these Terms periodically. Users will be notified via email or site notification.
  • Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Serbia.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Serbia.
